Job Summary

Seerbit is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to creatively communicate and deliver key messages to a range of different audiences, ensuring all content (visual and written) is in line with the brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan, and produce innovative and creative content that connects, engages, and interacts with our audiences on all our channels.
  • Develop visual content calendar in cooperation with the Marketing, Product and Sales departments.
  • Ensuring that the organization tone of voice is present in all content.
  • Scout and manage the brand ambassadors, influencers/friends of the brands to lead content creation.
  • Researching and analyzing current digital media trends and keeping up to date with all current design technologies/trends and developments to propose new ideas and keep the brand up to date.
  • Actively seeking content repurposing opportunities.
  • Ensuring content is SEO optimized.
  • Conducting website & landing page audits; researching, analyzing and creating plans to improve the content and rankings on existing content.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B content and social media in the IT industry (software and SaaS preferred), with the ability to relate to target audiences across entrepreneurs, developers, entrepreneurs and the C-suite.
  • Experience in adopting an innovative approach to engaging audiences on social media while staying loyal to organizational brand values and tone of voice.
  • Creative, with high attention to detail.
  • An analytical mindset that translates data into clear recommendations to iterate and improve performance.
  • Great organization skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clear briefs and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of on-site SEO and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Sprout Social etc.
