Role Overview

We‘re looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with 0-2 years of experience to join our Sales and Marketing departments. This role is perfect for someone with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for data analysis. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from all sales and marketing channels. This position plays a critical role in supporting the strategic decision-making process and driving the company’s growth by evaluating and improving our sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sales and marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Present data in clear, compelling ways to support management’s decision-making, including regular reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate current sales and marketing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Document all sales and marketing processes in a detailed and accessible manner.
• Work closely with management to implement process improvements, aiming for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and support their goals.

• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst role or a similar position, preferably within a sales or marketing context.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Chicago preferred. Full-time remote.
• Occasional travel for in-person team gatherings.
