Job Title: Customer/ Client Consultation Officer

Sector: Fashion & Styling

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos‍

Job Responsibilities: 

• -Consult with walk-in customers and assist with sales
• -Chat, call and speak with customers via all contact points.
• -Possess broad knowledge of men’s fashion and styling
• -Have a perfect understanding of fabric and how to style
• -Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection for customers attended to.
• -Relate with customer to continue to drive in more sales
• -Provide personalized service for customers to ensure satisfaction
• -Responsible for analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans.
• -Daily Engagement of customer and cross selling on every platform

Key Requirements:

• -BSC/HND in Fashion, Business Administration Or any related field
• -1-3 years experience in related roles
• -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• -Firm grasp of CRM & Digital tools.
• -Excellent Interpersonal & People Management skills.
