Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Oversee daily operations of the company, including supply chain, production, and distribution.
– Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all departments.
– Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve long-term business goals.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
– Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
– Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
– Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operational management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
– Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing business operations.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in the sanitary sales industry is a plus.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

– Staff Satisfaction Levels
– Client satisfaction levels
– Sales Volume and Revenue Growth
– Business Profitability
– Set,Meet and exceed sales target for year.
– Drive down the budgeted cost of operations by 20% by FYE
– Ensure financial reports are presented by the third day of the succeeding month
– Review performance of the entire biz for preceding month and present strategies for the new month by the third day of the new month to the CEO
– Ensure at least one monthly in-house training in departments with report sent to the CEO monthly
