About the Role

Reporting to the Project Leader, Marketplace, the Marketplace Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting to coordinate the activities of the MANO Restaurants Marketplace. The successful candidate will manage our online marketplace for restaurants and will be responsible for vendor acquisition, training, and onboarding, as well as marketplace management and optimization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Duties

  • Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Research, recruit, train, and onboard new vendors.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; address concerns and provide support.
  • Marketplace Management: Monitor and optimize marketplace performance and vendor engagement; expand product offerings.
  • Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking: Ensure vendors meet quality standards; track and analyze vendor performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the vendor experience.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare vendor-related financial reports for finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or operations, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in customer or account management, vendor management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with marketplace software and platforms is a plus
