Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- -Proper Book-keeping and information management
- -Must be computer literate
- -Keep information confidential and secure by recommended storage and Backups
- -Keep up with information system trends, policies, regulation and legislation
- -Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, etc
- -Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- -Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate to proper channels. handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming corresspondence (e-mail, letter, packages, etc)
- -Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective orders
- -Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- -Ensure cleanliness of work space and office
- -Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- -Bachelor’s degree or HND/OND/NCE .
- -Must have completed NYSC.
- -Proven experience in the position above, preferably in aTrading company or related industry.
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- -strong work ethic.
- -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google drive.
- -Proficiency in online and offline filing system
Salary: N70,000 monthly.
