Position: Customer Service Intern (Corper)

Work mode: Hybrid (Must be based in Lagos)
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Intern at Trav4College, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and delivering detailed information about our products and services. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail and design setting.
Requirements
 Must be a corper
 A degree in English language, mass communication or any art related course
 0-6 months’ work experience
 Computer savvy
 Ability to communicate properly while reporting to line manager
 Self-starter (ability to take initiative when needed)
Responsibilities:
 Management of our mobile app usage
 Client updates when necessary for admission and visa updates
 Vetting of client documentations for admission placement
 Daily task reporting to line manager
 Support Travel activities
 Any other support where necessary
