Job Title: Business Analyst

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Junior Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing performance throughout the project lifecycle, from claim receipt to finalization, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, resource allocation, and overall efficiency.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on process efficiency, highlighting areas for improvement and providing actionable management insights.

Technology Integration:

Leverage technology tools, including AI and data analytics platforms, to optimize workflows and improve decision-making.

Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments to identify process bottlenecks, gather feedback, and implement solutions.

Profitability Analysis:

Evaluate the financial impact of process improvements and ensure alignment with profitability goals.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or in any related field.

2+ years of experience as a business analyst preferably in an insurance/loss adjusting industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.

Understanding of process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with technology tools, including AI and automation platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with process mapping and documentation.

Understanding of project management principles.

Familiarity with consulting methodologies.
