Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials that promote our health insurance products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
• Develop visual concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Create engaging and informative graphics for our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Design and layout reports, presentations, and other business materials.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in the health insurance industry.
• Ensure all designs are accessible, meet brand guidelines, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Certification in graphic design or a related field.
