Job Title: Call Center Specialist
First Patient Engagement LTD is seeking skilled and motivated Call Center Specialists, both experienced and new, to join our organization based in Apapa, Lagos. Our Call Center Specialists play a crucial role in supporting healthcare practices and medical professionals, ensuring seamless patient care, and promoting preventative healthcare measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and medical facilities.
- Make outbound calls to patients, doctors, and healthcare practices as needed.
- Schedule appointments for patients efficiently and accurately.
- Facilitate patient referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.
- Provide clear and accurate responses to patient inquiries regarding their medical records.
- Maintain detailed and precise documentation of patient interactions and records.
- Establish effective communication with patients daily.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a reputable institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center role.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate software and systems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts.
