Job Title: Media Digitization Associate

Media Digitization Associate is responsible for digitizing DV tapes, transferring the content to digital formats while maintaining high quality. This role involves handling capture equipment and managing digital file organization.

Responsibilities:

• Tape Capture & Digitization: Operate capture devices to transfer DV tape footage to digital files, ensuring content quality remains intact.
• File Management & Organization: Organize and label digital files for easy access by other departments, maintaining a structured digital library.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all capture equipment is in good working order, coordinating with technical support for maintenance or repairs as necessary.
• Quality Control: Regularly review captured footage for any issues with quality, addressing any transfer issues promptly.

Working Hours:
160 hours per month, with a regular working schedule to complete the digitization process within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Experience with DV tape capture and media transfer equipment.
• Strong organizational skills for effective file management.
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with equipment.
