Job Title: Business Analyst

• Utilize AI tools and technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) like Chat GPT, Claude, and Gemini, with creative prompting techniques to maximize outcomes.
• Support the creation of new websites, apps, chatbots, and features to attract clients and reduce attrition.
• Analyze customer behavior using analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and Mixpanel to track KPIs, identify trends, and refine strategies.
• Apply statistical methods, predictive analysis, and data modeling to inform strategic business initiatives.
