Program Description:
Title: KPMG Embark Scholars Program 2025
Application deadline: Not specified
Overview
The Embark Scholars program is a multi-year paid internship program focused on coaching and developing high-performing students into KPMG leaders of tomorrow. The program includes an eight-week internship featuring national training and rotations within KPMG’s Audit, Tax, and Advisory practices. These rotations allow the Scholars to become students of the firm. They will help them determine the group they are most interested in working with as an intern the following summer if eligible. All Embark Scholars will be aligned to a cross-functional network of individuals who will work collaboratively to ensure the Scholars engage with members across all Business Resource Groups within the firm. To aid in relationship building and knowledge sharing across the Embark Scholars cohort, scholars are placed in virtual teams to work collaboratively on an assigned Capstone project throughout the program as well as reflect on their experiences.
