Job Title: Sales Representative

LEADWAY Holdings is a leading Non-Banking Financial Services provider in Nigeria, offering a wide range of financial services including Insurance, Pension Funds Administration, Health Management, Asset Management, and Wills and Trusts Management. The company serves both individual and corporate clients across various industries, with a strong reputation for customer-centricity and operational excellence.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative at Leadway in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This role will involve both in-person meetings with clients in Lagos and remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
  • Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
