Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We’re seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to drive the design of user-centric digital solutions across multiple platforms. You will lead the end-to-end design process, working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to create seamless and visually compelling experiences for customers and employees. This role combines user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver distinctive, branded digital products that align with business objectives and enhance user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs, define personas, and map user journeys.
• Design and deliver intuitive, multi-channel product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile teams.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to articulate and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the visual style and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Develop branded digital experiences that are desirable and align with company and product standards.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping to refine and improve solutions iteratively.
• Build prototypes and design tests to validate customer needs, requirements, and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the Product Development Lead to define short- and long-term product vision and roadmaps.
• Ensure designs are feasible and accurately implemented by actively collaborating with development teams.
• Track user experience metrics and report on the impact of UX improvements, including analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative design practices to solve user and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (4–5 years for senior-level roles).
• Proven experience designing consumer and business applications across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and user research, with hands-on experience in at least two areas.
• Proficient in tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Marvel, Axure, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development processes and collaboration.
• Experience with planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to create branded, high-fidelity product screens and maintain design consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and tracking UX metrics to measure success.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and oral.
