Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand position requirements, and participate in and manage the selection, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Assessment and Evaluation
- Administer assessments and tests as needed to evaluate candidate skills and competencies.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
Offer Management
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and market standards.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities and progress.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administration activities, including record-keeping, including CVs, Offers, and employee contracts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding and knowledge in Nigeria labor law.
