Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative functions, corporate strategies, internal resource management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a creative flair for traditional and digital engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide support in various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in financial activities, including invoice processing, expense reports, expenses management, and budget tracking.
  • Manage office, project supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office and personnel activities.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages, and engage with followers to build an online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle inquiries and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and work with top management to achieve
  • internal and company public relations targets.

Must have flair, interesting interpersonal relationship skills and great attention to details.
A strategic thinker in handling administrative and corporate management tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Should be creative in corporate branding initiatives and reliable with confidential information.

Qualifications:

  • Higher degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience (Min. 1-2yrs) in an administrative role (experience in social media management is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HR and being tech savvy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

REMUNERATION: ₦120,000.00 – ₦180,000.00 per month
