Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating functional, user-centered designs for complex systems, maintaining and improving design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly in dashboards and data-heavy interfaces, is highly preferred.

In this role you will:

• Conduct UX audits to identify areas for improvement and implement user-centered solutions;
• Maintain and enhance our design system, creating new components and ensuring consistency across products;
• Design and redesign dashboards, tables, and complex user interfaces to deliver clarity and value to users;
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design with product goals and user needs;
• Prepare and hand off design assets for development, ensuring proper implementation.

In this role you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or/and B2B domains;
• Experience working in startups or dynamic environments with a proven ability to adapt;
• Strong proficiency in Figma with a focus on components and design systems;
• Proven experience in designing dashboards, tables, and complex admin systems;
• Knowledge of research methodologies and hands-on experience conducting user research;
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher).
