Job Title: Activations Coordinator

This position is primarily responsible for building and nurturing a relationship with the new client and provides a positive experience throughout the activation process, ensuring a timely and proficient on-boarding process by performing the following duties personally or in conjunction with other team members.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Builds on the client relationship already established by sales and provides a positive experience throughout the activation process.
• Determines or brings the right resources together to determine solutions for the client.
• Manages the project plan from start to finish and is responsible for all areas to be completed prior to go live.
• Ensures that clients are able to maximize the use of the MedClarity system and Medusind processes within their practice.
• Brings both industry knowledge and project management skills to the effort to insure a timely and proficient on-boarding of a new client.
• Trains new clients and new employees on Medusind processes and its proprietary system.
• Enrolls clients with EDI/ERA with the various clearinghouses/payers and manages eligibility setups. Has to be able to work closely with clearinghouses and their portals and processes.
• Will be required to manage client setups in software system from start to finish, including auditing of setup others may have completed.

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
• Client Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• EDI / ERA: 3 years (Preferred)
• Clearinghouse Portals: 2 years (Preferred)
