Job Title: Web Designer And Developer

We are looking for a Remote Web Designer And Developer to maintain and enhance our website. This role includes ongoing maintenance for a small base payment and additional development work paid per project. The ideal candidate is experienced with Webflow, Shopify, and Figma, with strong design and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Maintenance (Base Payment)
• Ensure the website is functional and running smoothly.
• Fix minor bugs and technical issues.
• Manage hosting and domain payments.
• Handle routine updates and security checks.
• Development & Design Tasks (Paid Per Gig)
• Implement new features and updates based on agreed project scopes.
• Develop new pages, sections, or interactive elements in Webflow and Shopify.
• Optimize UX/UI designs using Figma.
• Enhance website responsiveness and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug more complex issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Webflow, Shopify, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Basic knowledge of website hosting, domain management, and security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills for project discussions and progress updates.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design and development projects.

Compensation

• Base Payment: Covers ongoing minor website maintenance and management.
• Paid Gigs: Larger development tasks will be assigned as separate projects, with pricing and timelines agreed upon before execution.
