Job Title: Unity Development Intern

Duties:

• Assist in the development of Unity-based applications, games, or simulations.
• Collaborate with the team to implement game mechanics, UI/UX elements, and interactive features.
• Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
• Test and refine projects to ensure a polished final product.
• Document code and processes for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with Unity updates and industry trends.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) or asset creation.
• Understanding of AR/VR development (e.g., Oculus, HTC Vive).
• Portfolio or examples of previous Unity projects (personal, academic).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
• Familiarity with game development concepts such as physics, animations, and AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for gaming, AR/VR, or interactive media.
• Federal work-study required
