Job Title: Customer Care
Spectranet Limited is looking for a Customer Care (Shop Operations Executive) to provide top-notch customer service and ensure smooth retail operations. If you have at least 1 year of experience in customer service we invite you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Process transactions, subscriptions, and payments accurately.
- Ensure seamless daily shop operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Promote Spectranet’s products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with payment processing and basic sales is an added advantage.
- A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
