Job Title: Customer Care

Spectranet Limited is looking for a Customer Care (Shop Operations Executive) to provide top-notch customer service and ensure smooth retail operations. If you have at least 1 year of experience in customer service we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Process transactions, subscriptions, and payments accurately.
  • Ensure seamless daily shop operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Promote Spectranet’s products and services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with payment processing and basic sales is an added advantage.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
