Job Title: Finance and Strategy Working Student
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Finance & Strategy Working Student to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, fund-raising and business operations. You will support key projects and collaborate closely with our Finance & Strategy team, including direct exposure to senior management.
In this role you will:
- A strong motivation to gain hands-on experience in finance and strategy—you’re eager to apply what you learn and make an impact.
- A very strong practical, problem-solving mindset, with a hands-on approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, allowing you to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required).
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create impactful reports.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, consulting, finance) is beneficial but not mandatory.
What you need to be successful
- An enrolled student for at least the next 10 months.
- Available for 20 hours per week to contribute meaningfully to our team.
- Someone who enjoys learning and taking on challenges, rather than just ticking boxes for their CV.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact, even in a supporting role.
