Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with hotel, flight, and activity bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
- B2 level or above in Italian and English.
- Rotational shifts (7 AM – 10 PM Cairo time), including weekends and public holidays.
