Job Title: HR Learning & Development Officer

Job Summary:

The HR (L&D) Officer will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in FMCG (Agribusiness) industry and demonstrate expertise in training program design, employee development, and performance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR, and learning & development or a similar role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in FMCG is a priority
