Deloitte One Young World Scholarship 2025 Overview

The Deloitte One Young World Scholarship aims to support 8 young leaders (4 focused on climate action and 4 on education and skills development) who are pioneering innovative solutions in these fields. Selected scholars will attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany from November 3-6, 2025.

Deloitte One Young World Scholarship 2025 Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be aged 18 – 30 (exceptions considered for impactful applicants over 30).
• Be nationals of any country, but must reside in a country where Deloitte has a presence.
• Show a commitment to positive change.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Have an understanding of key local/global issues.
• Show a track record of impactful and innovative solutions in either climate action or education and skills development.

Focus Areas

Candidates must be working in one of the following areas:

✅ Climate Action:

• Developing AI-driven or tech solutions that reduce carbon emissions.
• Ensuring the sustainable deployment of AI (reducing energy use, responsible resource management).
• Protecting biodiversity (monitoring ecosystems, preventing deforestation, conservation efforts).
• Using data science and automation to predict and mitigate climate risks.

✅ Education & Skills Development:

• Using AI or tech to improve access to education, especially for underrepresented groups.
• Creating future-proof education and training solutions for digital economies.
• Incorporating green skills into education programs to prepare for sustainable jobs.
• Promoting upskilling initiatives that foster social entrepreneurship and innovation.

Deloitte One Young World Scholarship 2025 Benefits

• Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany.
• Travel expenses covered (economy class flights).
• Hotel accommodation (private room) from November 2-6, 2025.
• Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
• Ground transportation between Summit venues.
• Participation in Deloitte-hosted sessions and mentorship from a Deloitte “buddy”.

Application Process

Interested candidates must apply online by the deadline. Selection will be based on leadership potential, innovation, and impact in either climate action or education & skills development.
