Job Title: Creative Marketing Assistants
The creative marketing assistants will work very closely with the managing director.
We are looking for two Creative Marketing Assistants to work closely with the Managing Director. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a sharp eye for high-quality content, strong research skills, and a hands-on approach to execution.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing i.e. Someone proactive, highly organized, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, write, and curate creative, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Social Media Management: Ideate, research, and create content calendars for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring all posts align with client goals and audience preferences.
- Basic Design & Video Editing: Create visually appealing graphics (Canva) and short-form videos (CapCut).
- Copywriting: Write compelling captions, newsletters, and marketing copies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and make strategic -to ensure you’ve carefully read well, note that a+b does not equal c -recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Task & Schedule Management: Assist the Managing Director in staying organized, managing her to-do list, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research to support marketing strategies and content development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or social media-related role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- A keen creative eye with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is required).
- Excellent writing and communication skills I.e must be able to craft engaging marketing copies and captions.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. -to ensure you’ve carefully read well, note that a – b is parallel to c.
- Strong research skills to support content creation and marketing execution.
- Preferred Location: Candidates located in Kubwa will be given preference. This is a hybrid (mostly remote) position, however, we will meet in person for monthly team meetings and client content creation days.

- Starting Salary: 60,000 monthly (increased to 80,000 after a 2-month probation period).
