Job Title: Market Operations Analyst

The Market Operations Analyst’s role involves supporting the day-to-day activities of the Retail business for Quidax, the cryptocurrency trading platform. This role provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate your special set of skills and requires the highest level of professional excellence and competence.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Monitoring the exchange to ensure easy and seamless execution of all customer-related trades
• Ensuring all market orders are loaded and report liquidity and all operational status as assigned by the Market Operations or Portfolio Manager
• Monitoring all order book processes to ensure no loopholes leading to failed trades before customer success picks on it
• Keeping daily trading blotter record of all Retail trades: Position and P&L
• Working closely with data analysts to provide useful data points in support of Market Operations
• Working closely with the  Treasury for timely market discovery and rate-trending.

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3 years of Treasury Experience in a Financial Institution, Trading firm or Fintech company
• CFA/ACI or related Trading certification
• Familiarity with Blockchain Technology
• Familiarity with Orderbook Trading

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cryptocurrency Trading
• Excellent arithmetic skills
• Reporting and Analytical skills.
