Job Title: Telesales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell products to customers not visited by our sales force directly.
• Sales pitch to customers over the Phone.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
• Up-sell and Cross-sell different Skills to customers.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the retail industry, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eloquent and customer-oriented, with experience in cold calling
• Ideal Candidate must reside in Ikeja or it environs (Ogba, Ketu, Oshodi, Berger, Ojota, etc)

Salary: 80,000 gross + Commission
