Job Title: Recruiting Assistant

At Goldbar Staffing, we are hiring driven Recruiting Assistants to help real estate brokers and team leaders find, interview, and onboard the best agents & staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reach out to potential real estate agents & schedule interviews.
  • Track and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding & paperwork for new team members.
  • Manage recruiting databases & keep hiring organized.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in real estate recruiting, agent onboarding, or brokerage support is a plus.

Professionalism & Communication:

  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills—must be able to engage and persuade potential hires.
  • Ability to screen and qualify candidates effectively for agent and team positions.
  • Strong understanding of the hiring process, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.

Organization & Tech Skills:

  • Highly organized & detail-oriented—able to manage multiple candidates and hiring pipelines at once.
  • Proficiency in recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.. etc.).
  • Ability to track applicant status & hiring data in a CRM system.

Performance & Work Ethic:

  • Results-driven & persistent—must be able to follow up consistently with potential hires.
  •  Strong ability to match candidates with the right roles based on skills & culture fit.
  • Takes initiative & ownership—works independently while maintaining high productivity.

Growth Potential:

  • Open to learning new hiring strategies & improving the recruitment process.
