Job Title: Marketing Assistant

What You’ll Do:
- Curate & manage high-end social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a luxury aesthetic.
- Design sophisticated marketing materials that reflect prestige and exclusivity (brochures, social media graphics, branding kits, and email campaigns).
- Create high-converting real estate listing presentations that captivate high-net-worth buyers and sellers.
- Develop digital branding strategies that position agents and brokers as industry leaders.
- Implement lead generation funnels and track engagement metrics to ensure brand growth.
- Stay ahead of luxury marketing trends to maintain exclusivity and brand differentiation.

Who We’re Looking For?
- Aesthetic-Driven Creatives – You have an eye for high-end, minimalist, and luxurious design.
- Luxury Branding Experience – Preferred experience working with high-end brands, luxury real estate, or premium product marketing.
- Proficiency in Design Software – Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
- Social Media Expertise – Ability to create and execute polished Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook marketing strategies.
-  Exceptional Copywriting Skills – Can craft elegant, sophisticated messaging that appeals to an upscale audience.
- Highly Detail-Oriented – You have a refined eye for typography, spacing, colors, and aesthetics.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of branding, online engagement, and lead generation strategies.
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, Figma) is a strong plus!
Professionalism & Communication:
- Excellent writing & content creation skills—must be able to write social media captions, email newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Ability to communicate brand messaging effectively and create high-converting content.
- Strong creative eye for design, layout, and aesthetics.
Organization & Tech Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
- Experience using content scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and paid ad strategies is a plus.
Performance & Work Ethic:
- Proactive, self-starter who can manage multiple marketing campaigns at once.
- Ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve engagement.
- Creativity & adaptability—must be able to generate fresh content ideas regularly.
