Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program 2025 Overview
The Fulbright TEA Program brings secondary-level educators from around the world to the United States for 6 weeks of professional development. Participants take part in academic seminars, observe and co-teach in U.S. classrooms, and engage in civic and cultural activities. The program promotes mutual understanding and exchange of best teaching practices.
Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program 2025 Eligibility

Full-time secondary-level educators in one of the participating countries or territories.

Must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience).

Must demonstrate English language proficiency.
-
Must be able to travel to the U.S. for 6 weeks.

Educators from all disciplines can apply: English, EFL, Math, Science, Social Studies, Foreign Languages, Special Education, etc.

Preference is given to:

Applicants who have not participated in another Fulbright program.

Applicants without significant recent professional experience abroad (last 5 years).
