Job Title: UX/UI Designer
We’re looking for a highly creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and hands-on experience designing intuitive and scalable digital products. If you’re passionate about user-centric design and thrive in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and emerging tech (like AI), we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute end-to-end UX/UI design across web and/or mobile platforms.
- Create compelling personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform product decisions.
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and The Adobe Creative Suite.
- Translate complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers.
- Write AI prompts and conversational flows to support AI-powered features.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and inclusive.
- Champion design consistency through the creation and maintenance of design systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
- Expertise in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Studio.
- Solid experience with persona development, journey mapping, and user testing.
- Experience writing AI prompts, ideally for conversational interfaces or intelligent systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product design work and a user-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate design rationale.
- Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodology, and rapid prototyping.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product team.
- Background in AI/ML-driven products or working with LLMs.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
