Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and hands-on experience designing intuitive and scalable digital products. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX/UI design across web and/or mobile platforms.
• Create compelling personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform product decisions.
• Conduct user testing and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and The Adobe Creative Suite.
• Translate complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers.
• Write AI prompts and conversational flows to support AI-powered features.
• Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and inclusive.
• Champion design consistency through the creation and maintenance of design systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Expertise in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Studio.
• Solid experience with persona development, journey mapping, and user testing.
• Experience writing AI prompts, ideally for conversational interfaces or intelligent systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product design work and a user-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate design rationale.
• Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodology, and rapid prototyping.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product team.
• Background in AI/ML-driven products or working with LLMs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
