Job Title: NetSuite Developer

Responsibilities:

• Configuration and customization of NetSuite according to the company’s specific needs.
• Define, implement, and manage NetSuite workflows, integrations, and modules.
• Ensure efficient NetSuite implementation, optimizing key business processes.
• Perform functionality testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Detailed documentation of NetSuite configuration, changes, and operational processes.
• Provide training and support to internal users, ensuring they can use the platform effectively.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the NetSuite solution is aligned with the company’s needs and objectives.
• Propose improvements to the tool’s use and the implementation of new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer, with a minimum of two years of experience implementing and configuring NetSuite.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and its most relevant modules (ERP, CRM, Finance, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience integrating NetSuite with other systems and platforms.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization and automation tools.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis, proposing solutions tailored to business needs.
• Good communication skills in English (preferred) and the ability to clearly document and explain technical processes.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing time and deadlines efficiently.
• Previous experience in international projects is preferred.

• Ability to work in an office environment or remotely as needed.
• Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration or project-related meetings.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
