- Good proficiency in English (written & spoken)
- Strong academic referee reports

SINGA is mainly for students applying to study in Singapore for the first time

Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and those who have studied in Singapore before are not eligible
Scholarship Benefits
- Tuition fees fully covered (up to 4 years)
- Monthly stipend:
- S$2,700 (increases to S$3,200 after passing the qualifying exam)
One-time airfare grant: S$1,500
Settling-in allowance: S$1,000
Estimated Living Costs in Singapore: S$1,400 – S$2,000/month
Application Requirements

- Recommendation Letters (submitted online by referees)
