The Lester B. Pearson International Student Scholarship is the University of Toronto’s most prestigious and fully funded undergraduate scholarship for exceptional international students. It offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to study at Canada’s top-ranked university, located in Toronto, one of the world’s most multicultural and safest cities. Each year, approximately 37 international students are selected as Pearson Scholars, receiving full financial support to pursue their first-entry undergraduate programs at the University of Toronto.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be an international student requiring a Canadian study permit

Be in the final year of secondary school in 2025/2026 or have graduated after June 2025

They are starting their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto in September 2026

Demonstrate academic excellence, creativity, leadership, and a positive impact on their school or community
