Growth Associate at Wynd Labs, Remote (Global)

We’re seeking a Growth Associate who will help identify, develop, and execute strategies to drive user acquisition. This role will focus on scaling our network through creative initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities across user acquisition, retention, and engagement channels.
• Developing, executing, and iterating on growth experiments to optimize performance and scale Grass.
• Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives.
• Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption.
• Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis.
• Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies.

Skills, Requirements and Qualifications.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or creative role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Uses first principles and systems thinking to understand and solve problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience building and managing ambassador or influencer programs.
