Business Developer at Gateway.fm, Remote (Global)

Gateway.fm is a leading Web3 infrastructure company empowering developers and enterprises to build scalable, secure, and decentralized blockchain applications. We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about blockchain, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to business growth in a fast-moving industry.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Developer, you will support our BD team by:

• Researching and identifying new market opportunities, potential leads, and prospects.
• Conducting cold and warm outreach to engage potential clients and partners.
• Qualifying leads and setting up discovery calls for the senior BD team.
• Analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborating with internal teams (technical, marketing, product) to align outreach efforts with Gateway’s offerings.
• Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports.
• Supporting relationship management with existing and prospective partners.
• Participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a Gateway representative.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interest in blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem (on-chain activity, research, or side projects are a big plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Notion, Hubspot, Slack, G-suite).
• Previous experience in sales, market research, or business development is a plus.
