Sales Development Representative Career Coach at CourseCareers, Remote (United States)

CourseCareers trains hundreds of students online every month, and we’re excited to expand our support for those pursuing careers in Sales Development. We’re looking for experienced SDR/BDR professionals based in the United States to join us as paid Career Coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to help students learn sales development and land their first entry-level job.
• Introduce new people to a career in sales development.
• Teach people about what a career in sales entails.

Compensation

Your earnings as a Career Coach will depend on the time, effort, and quality you bring to your sessions. Here’s what you can expect:

• $1,000–$2,000 per month with just 2–3 hours of coaching weekly.
• Top coaches can earn $5,000–$15,000+ monthly as they build their coaching practice.
