Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at GrowthAssistant, Remote (Global)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented social media pro who loves crafting engaging content? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our growing team and help build the online presence of our business and founders.

What You’ll Do

• Draft engaging short-form posts for LinkedIn & Twitter/X (AI tools like ChatGPT included!)
• Manage and post across social channels while keeping brand voice on point
• Monitor, like, comment, and engage with followers
• Maintain a content calendar for consistent publishing
• Design simple visuals (infographics, carousels, slides) with Canva, Gamma, or AI art tools
• Track post performance in Google Sheets or lightweight analytics
• Support outreach by following up with leads on LinkedIn/X or email tools
• Summarize campaign engagement and create lead lists

Must-Haves

• 2+ years managing professional social media (especially LinkedIn & Twitter/X)
• Strong writing skills; can craft concise, engaging content using AI tools
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
• Excellent written English + sharp attention to detail
• Self-starter: responsive, reliable, and thrives in async work
• ​​​​​​​Comfortable working EST hours

Nice-to-Have

• Familiar with Canva, Gamma, or AI design tools
• Experience with LinkedIn automation platforms
• Knowledge of outbound lead engagement
• Light CRM/data tracking experience
• ​​​​​​​Ability to capture and replicate a founder’s voice
