Job Description:

• Assist in building and customizing applications using the Officeless low-code/no-code platform.
• Collaborate with the Solution Engineer team to gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Help troubleshoot, debug, and test applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Learn and apply best practices in solution architecture, system integration, and application design.
• Assist in developing project/client documentation, such as gap analyses, project objectives, business requirements, flowcharts, and other supporting materials.
• Support in creating and organizing Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Collaborate with the team to break down tasks for implementation by development teams or implementors.
• Shadow and assist the Customer Experience team in managing client interactions to ensure seamless after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• A keen interest in learning low-code/no-code development platforms.
