Business Development and Sales Manager at Gateway.fm, Remote (Global)

We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving adoption of Gateway.fm’s infrastructure products, building meaningful relationships, and contributing directly to the growth of the Web3 ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle across multiple product lines (L2 rollups, RPC, oracles, indexers, staking, etc.)
  • Identify and engage new leads through outbound outreach, ecosystem partnerships, and inbound opportunities
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with partners, clients, and ecosystem players
  • Define and execute go-to-market and business growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams
  • Promote product adoption by aligning Gateway’s services with customer challenges and opportunities
  • Manage all sales activity in HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean, organized pipeline data
  • Represent Gateway.fm at major Web3 events, coordinating meetings and building long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handovers
  • Continuously refine GTM approaches for specific verticals (DeFi, RWA, Gaming, Consumer, etc.)
  • Navigate both early-stage startup and enterprise-level sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally in Web3 or SaaS
  • Fluency in English (required); proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure (e.g., rollups, RPC, oracles, indexers)
  • Comfortable with outbound sales, lead generation, and handling rejection
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot), or the ability to learn quickly
  • Bonus: Previous experience working with or at a Web3 infrastructure provider
