Job Description
Create and develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
Collaborate with production, marketing, and development teams to align design with business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet the target audience’s needs.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders
Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in the use of the following tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Figma or Sketch (UI/UX design & prototyping)
- Canva (quick design needs)
- 3D/Animation software (e.g, Blender, After Effects), optional but valuable
Required Skills:
- Must have strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout)
- Proficiency in UI/UX principles and user-centered design
- Must be creative and can translate concepts into visuals
- Must have strong communication, collaboration skills and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- The candidate must possess a valid NYSC certificate, as well as either a B.Sc. or HND certificate.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus
