Responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for campaigns, websites, social media, email newsletters, and ads.
  
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
  
• Edit and proofread copy as needed to maintain brand voice and accuracy.
  
• Interpret briefs to understand project requirements and messaging.
  
• Conduct research to support messaging and enhance content accuracy.
  
• Optimize copy for SEO where applicable.
  
• Conduct research on competitors and customer behavior to improve copy effectiveness
  
• Stay current on industry trends and consumer behavior to create relevant, engaging content.
  
• Other tasks as may be assigned by Team Lead

Requirements

• BSC or HND holder with relevant certificates
• NYSC Certificate
• Work style is 100% onsite, 8 am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday
  
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience is key
  
• Must have prior experience in the real estate industry
  
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flair for storytelling.
  
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
  
• Ability to write for various platforms and adapt tone/style accordingly.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  
• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email platforms, and social media tools.
