Digital Marketer & Media Executive at Winco Foam, Abuja, Nigeria

The Digital Marketer & Media will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies and media campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role focuses on advert placements, online visibility, and maintaining strong media relationships to enhance brand awareness and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
• Manage advert placements, liaising with media houses, advertising agencies, and vendors.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Create and manage engaging marketing content for social media, websites, and print.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant analytical tools.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing trends and opportunities.
• Prepare periodic marketing reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure all marketing activities are carried out in line with company policies and brand standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Digital Marketer or Media Executive (preferably within a manufacturing or foam industry).
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong creative and analytical abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
