Job Description:

As an Account Manager Intern at Mekari, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting our Account Management team and learning how to build and maintain strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Account Planning team with research, issue identification, data analysis, and projection planning.
• Supporting communication with Talenta users to collect payment installments according to contract terms.
• Creating initiatives to drive account expansion and customer reactivation.
• Providing administrative support for the Account Management team.
• Assisting Account Managers in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Supporting onboarding activities for new customers to ensure smooth product adoption.
• Helping monitor client accounts, track usage, and gather feedback to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Conducting research on customer industries, competitors, and market trends to generate actionable insights for the team.

Requirements:

• Final year student/fresh graduates.
• Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical, detail oriented, and results-focused.
