Requirements:

Must-have:

  • 2+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, or social media roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for blogs, SEO copy, and social media content.
  • Experience with:
  • Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Notion, HubSpot
  • Working knowledge or comfort with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in an agency environment.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, MailChimp, SEMRush, Ahrefs
  • Understanding of content analytics (GA4, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).

Core responsibilities:

  • Content
  • Research and write high-quality blog posts and SEO-optimised content using a combination of research, creativity, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Create and manage Digital PR content to earn backlinks and increase domain authority.
  • Use SEMRush and Ahrefs to support keyword strategy and content optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team on content calendars, topic ideation, and competitive research.
  • Social Media
  • Develop and schedule organic social media posts (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) in line with client tone and goals.
  • Use AI tools where appropriate to brainstorm ideas or improve clarity and flow — always ensuring a natural, human voice.
  • Monitor engagement and assist in compiling monthly performance insights.
  • Paid Media Content
  • Write and refine ad copy for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Support the creative testing process (A/B ad variations, headlines, CTAs).
  • Ensure ad content is aligned with campaign strategy and brand positioning.
  • General Marketing Support
  • Update and manage client assets in Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Design simple visual assets in Canva (social tiles, banners, thumbnails).
  • Coordinate approvals, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain organised task boards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve processes and content efficiency through responsible AI use.
