Social Media Specialist at Outsourcey, Remote

Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in social media execution and content scheduling tools (Buffer or similar)
- Confidence using LinkedIn for professional outreach and engagement
- Experience sending and managing EDM/email campaigns
- Strong written English skills for blogs, social posts, and email content
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience updating websites using WordPress and/or Webflow
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule content across all social media platforms using Buffer, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Grow and engage Design Identity’s network on LinkedIn by adding relevant contacts and sending personalised outreach messages.
- Plan, create, and distribute EDM campaigns, including list preparation, scheduling, and basic performance tracking.
- Research, write, and publish SEO-focused blog content aligned with Design Identity’s services and industry trends.
- Keep the main website updated with new job listings, news, and content updates.
- Maintain and refresh sub-websites with new and relevant written and visual content.
- Conduct research to identify relevant trade shows and industry events (e.g. Life In Style) to support business development.
- Build and maintain email directories and exhibitor contact lists to support outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Perform basic video editing for behind-the-scenes and project content for social media and website use.
- Upload, optimise, and manage video content on YouTube, ensuring correct titles, descriptions, and tagging.
- Maintain and update the Google Business Profile, including posts, images, and business information.
- Update and manage website backends using Webflow and WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and functionality.
- Support ongoing digital marketing and brand initiatives by coordinating content, outreach, and updates across all platforms.
