UNIV’R Refugee Master’s Scholarship – Fully Funded Study Opportunity at Sciences Po Paris (2026–2028) 

Overview

The UNIV’R Scholarship Programme (5th cohort) offers fully funded master’s degree opportunities for refugees to study at the world-renowned Sciences Po University in Paris. The programme supports selected scholars to undertake a two-year Master’s programme (in English or French) starting August/September 2026.

This initiative aims to remove financial and academic barriers for refugees and provide a pathway into international academic and professional careers.

Eligibility

To apply, candidates must:

• Be officially recognized refugees by UNHCR or a State authority

• Be living in a first country of asylum outside the European Union

• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Have minimum B2 proficiency in English and/or French

• Be 35 years old or younger

• Meet Sciences Po’s academic requirements (GPA & transcripts)

• Resettled refugees do not qualify
