Executive Assistant at South Town Place, Lekki, Lagos
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and confidential Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in event planning, logistics, and executive engagements.
- Ensure administrative activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, permits, and company registrations.
Qualifications
- BSC/OND / HND
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles as advertised. Experience in Hospitality Business is highly needed.
Salary: N150,000-N180,000
